Our Challenge:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the Private Capital Suite (PCS) product, specifically related to Investran by FIS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of private equity and investment management processes and will play a key role in gathering requirements, enhancing product features, and ensuring effective utilization of the PCS product within our organization.
The Role:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to the PCS product.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Investran and the Private Capital Suite, providing insights on product capabilities and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and client services, to ensure alignment of product features with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PCS product to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to validate new features and enhancements, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user guides.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting private capital markets to inform product development and enhancements.
- Train and support end-users to maximize their understanding and use of the PCS product.
Requirements:
You are:
- Experienced: 5 years of business analysis experience, specifically with Investran or similar private capital management platforms.
- Domain Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital, and investment management processes.
- Analytical Thinker: Proficient in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Technical Proficient: Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration concepts is a plus.
- Communicative: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in documentation and deliverables.
