Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Linga Products
Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Linga products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes and requirements related to Linga POS, Payment Processing, Reporting and Analytics, Gift Card Programs, Online Ordering, and Loyalty Programs. Hospitality streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and provide data-driven insights.
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX / Pittsburg, PA is $110k - $120/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for Linga products, including Linga POS (POS system that allows to manage sales, track inventory, and streamline operations), Payment Processing, Reporting and Analytics, Gift Card Programs, Online Ordering, and Loyalty Programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements across Linga’s product suite.
- Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and new features.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that new features and enhancements meet business needs and quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams and end-users on the effective use of Linga products.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process flows for Linga products.
- Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into system performance and user engagement across Linga products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to payment processing, loyalty programs, and online ordering.
Requirements:
You are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably with a focus on payment systems, POS solutions, or hospitality technology.
- Strong understanding of Linga products, including Linga POS, Payment Processing, Reporting and Analytics, Gift Card Program, Online Ordering, and Loyalty Program.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based POS systems and payment processing technologies.
- Knowledge of customer loyalty strategies and gift card management best practices.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
