Our challenge
As a Senior Product Manager, candidate embody the full-stack PM philosophy, leading strategic initiatives and applying systems thinking to craft a seamless user experience. Candidate role amplifies commitment to product excellence, with a vision that navigates complex market dynamics and fosters industry-leading innovation. Candidate will serve as a catalyst for change, mentoring peers and setting new benchmarks within our product-driven culture. The Senior Product Manager will help own and execute the Pay Experience roadmap to deliver the next generation of Accounts Payable automation support tools for our internal teammates. The right candidate will bring a strong product management skillset, coupled with a passion for delivering industry-leading user experience
Additional Information
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Establish a strategic roadmap that creates game-changing payment experiences for internal users and shape solutions that be delivered to production in both short and long-term time horizons
- Create alignment with stakeholders on the program roadmap in a way that maximizes investment, supports shared priorities, and reduces time to market
- Collaborate with product design and internal stakeholders on experience strategy
- Understand methods by which to use voice of customer/ primary research, or secondary research sources to support strategy and tactical decisions
- Own the business cases for new and enhanced consumer experiences, including evaluation and execution of strategy and realization of key benefit
Requirements:
You are:
- 5 or more years of experience in digital product management
- 3 or more years delivering changes within the Agile framework (Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, Rally, or a similar planning & development tool preferred)
- 2 or more years working with customer facing or operations teams, understanding servicing models, and leveraging customer feedback data to drive online experiences
- Successful leadership of multiple concurrent product initiatives, or in leading work for a large high visible program
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Additional certifications in Product Management or leadership can be advantageous.
