Our challenge


We are looking for a highly skilled and driven QA Automation with over 10 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in software development, particularly within the banking, investment banking, or credit card industry sectors. The role requires a deep understanding of credit card/payment industries or similar and the ability to lead and mentor a development team, while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient code. Strong expertise in Java development, coupled with a strong background in financial services, is essential for success in this position.


Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Jersey City, NJ with salary 95,000-100,000/ year & benefits.


The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create test plans.
  • Execute automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of software releases.
  • Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and verification.
  • Build and manage continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.

  • Analyze test results and provide insights into software quality and improvements.
