Our challenge

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior AI/ML Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing code and work on various algorithms.

Salary for this position for New Jersey location is $125K p.a. to $140K p.a.

The Role::

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Developer with expertise in LangChain and a passion for building state-of-the-art AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will design and implement advanced AI systems using LangChain's capabilities, manage multiple agents, and leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies like LangGraph, Python, and NoSQL databases. This is an exciting opportunity to work on transformative projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Build and deploy AI solutions using LangChain and LangGraph to develop robust and scalable applications.
• Multi-Agent Systems: Develop and manage multiple agents for complex AI workflows and dynamic task management.
• Programming Expertise: Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code to create AI-driven systems.
• Database Management: Design and optimize NoSQL databases for scalable data storage and retrieval to support AI models.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and engineers, to understand business needs and deliver AI solutions.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and apply innovative solutions to solve real-world problems.
• System Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance of AI systems for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

Requirements:

You are:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building AI pipelines.
• Expertise in developing and managing multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB).
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps practices is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-driven with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

It would be great if you also had:

• 10 years in AI/ML development.
• Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in production environments.
• Previous experience in working on projects with a strong focus on LangChain and multi-agent systems.
