Our challenge

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on development experience specifically in Azure cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Spark, and SQL, while having a strong foundation in Delta Lake architecture and Big Data solutions. Familiarity with Equities trading data, AI / ML techniques, and Data Mesh principles will be advantageous.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Weehawken, NJ is $120k - $130k / year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data solutions leveraging Azure cloud technologies, ADF, Databricks, Spark, and SQL.
• Implement and optimize Delta Lake architecture and other Big Data solutions to enhance performance and scalability.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend and address business needs related to Equities trading data.
• Apply AI / ML methodologies to improve data processing and analytical capabilities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Data Mesh architecture to enhance data accessibility and usability.
