Our Challenge
As a Senior Python Developer, Candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. Candidate will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritizing and resolving complex problems and escalating as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX is $110k - $120K / year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Python applications to meet business requirements.
- Utilize MongoDB for storing, retrieving, and managing data in applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.
- Document application specifications, processes, and best practices.
