Primary Functions :
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and problem resolution for computer systems in a variety of environments.
- Execute testing and evaluations.
- Verify network protocols.
- Reference knowledge of LAN administration fundamentals daily.
- Utilize knowledge of UNIX and Windows based operating systems.
Education / Experience / Skills :
Relevant Certification
Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)
Microsoft role-based certifications
All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.
