Responsibilities:
- Develop and update operational procedures,detailed descriptions of its hardware and software components, and an interactive online help feature.
- Maintain approximately 500 content files in knowledge repositories.
- Develop and manage content for the IETM, including an online help feature. Content encompasses documentation and procedures outlining the system level operations and maintenance
- Collaborate with technical writers and subject matter experts to create technical documentation, including manuals, user guides, and maintenance instructions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and Active DoD Secret Clearance
- 3-5 years of directly related experience
- Must have five years (5) of experience developing and producing interactive/online technical documentation
- Two (2) years demonstrated experience supervising content development and integration efforts
- Two (2) years demonstrated experience using XML authoring tool sets
- Strong communications skills. Will be required to communicate with parties within and outside of own job function
