Position Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Plumbing Account Manager to join our team.
- Responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients in the commercial sector.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the commercial plumbing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Maintenance Supervisors, Chief Engineers, Regional Managers and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our presence in the market.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in high-end construction, commercial plumbing or waterworks industry a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, with proficiency in Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of commercial construction processes, building codes, and industry regulations a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Los Angeles and Orange County area as needed.
- This role requires expertise in CRM systems, a proven track record in high-end construction sales, and a good understanding of the construction industry.
