Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- This resource will be needed to support an upgrade project at the existing Pawnee facility.
- Administrative Tasks: Manages the job site trailer, orders supplies, and ensures everything is running smoothly.
- Meeting Support: Attends various meetings throughout the day, takes notes, and provides administrative support.
- Coordination: Coordinates with on-site staff and those working remotely to ensure project needs are met.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedules and organizes meetings, including arranging catering if needed.
- Supply Management: Orders office supplies and ensures the office is well-stocked.
- Administrative Support: Provides general administrative support to the growing team, including document preparation and other tasks as needed.
- End of Day: Reviews the day's accomplishments and plans for the next day's activities.
- Both AA's will interface with restaurants, goods/services vendors for catering or other needs that may arise on site.
- Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Demonstrated work ethic with the ability to step in, be proactive with request and the overall ability and willingness to assist.
- Both resources should have experience with/proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, OneNote and Adobe Pro/Blue Beam.
- Resources should have experience with expense reporting using the SumTotal software or similar.
- Resources will also be working in SAP.
- Office admin - Experience with SharePoint; building sites, setting up automation/workflows, etc. would really be a great asset to the team.
- Ideal candidates will be resourceful and have the ability to troubleshoot, and problem solve.
- Resources should be strong written and verbal communicators and should not be afraid to collaborate and ask questions.
- Resources should show strong initiative and willingness to learn
- Admin - Experience previously supporting vendor side in/on a construction trailer capacity.
- The office admin skills are pretty transferable.
- Certifications are not required, however, any certifications from MS Office suite or SharePoint, to illustrate proficiency would be nice to see.
