Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Secured Creditors' Rights practice in Virginia. This role involves collaborating with experienced attorneys to represent premier lenders and mortgage servicers in real estate foreclosure, litigation, and bankruptcy matters across the state.
Qualifications :
Licensed and in good standing with the Virginia Bar (Required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
Proficiency with technology
Experience in real estate, title, bankruptcy, or litigation is a plus
Courtroom experience preferred
