- We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Trial Attorney to join our growing team.

- This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of criminal (and eventually, personal injury) cases, gain valuable experience, and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings
- Assist in case preparation and strategy
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Sign up prospective clients, sharing "on call" duty with other attorneys and team members
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Washington and local bar
- 1 to 3 years of experience in criminal defense (prosecution experience preferred)
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for criminal law and advocating for clients
