Duties :
Represent institutional lenders in financing commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties from inception to closing.
Draft commercial loan documents with experience in mezzanine, construction, balance sheet, and bridge loans.
Perform review of organizational documents for borrowing entities.
Review commitment letters, term sheets, fee letters, credit agreements, and ancillary loan documents.
Oversee real estate secured finance transactions, workouts, and restructurings.
Review title reports, surveys, and oversee title clearance.
Handle lending and debt finance related to property acquisition, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancing, and other transactions.
Qualifications :

3-8 Years of Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Lender Representation Experience
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
Effective communication skills for client interactions.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
Must be admitted in New York.
