Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 clients, billing 25 hours weekly (bonus for exceeding targets).
- Conduct behavioral assessments and implement treatment plans.
- Provide caregiver training and staff supervision.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
- Lead treatment team meetings and consultations.
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst (where required).
- At least 3 years of experience in providing ABA therapy as a BCBA, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and best practices in ABA therapy.
