Roles And Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with Account Executive to refine outreach strategies and contribute to overall growth.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and emailing to identify and qualify leads for AEs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB owners, particularly in the hospitality sector, and develop partnerships with businesses operating or supplying within the hospitality industry.
- Engage clients to pitch the offerings and schedule meetings with decision makers.
- Occasionally conduct door-to-door visits to connect with potential clients and strengthen relationships.
- Accurately document and update all lead and client interactions in HubSpot.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively showcasing value propositions.
- Experience selling POS systems, alcohol, or related products to the hospitality industry.
- At least 1 years of proven B2B sales experience in a BDR role, with the ability to immediately apply skills in lead generation, outreach, and client engagement.
- Candidates with experience targeting similar audiences or industries, such as hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, or bars.
- Exceptional cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
- A goal-driven individual with a "need to win" attitude.
- Willingness to take ownership of responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.
- Ability to adapt and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
- A desire to grow within the company, with aspirations to transition into an AE or regional sales role.
- Earn on successful meetings booked and accounts closed, with substantial earning potential tied to performance.
