Roles And Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with Account Executive to refine outreach strategies and contribute to overall growth.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and emailing to identify and qualify leads for AEs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB owners, particularly in the hospitality sector, and develop partnerships with businesses operating or supplying within the hospitality industry.
  • Engage clients to pitch the offerings and schedule meetings with decision makers.
  • Occasionally conduct door-to-door visits to connect with potential clients and strengthen relationships.
  • Accurately document and update all lead and client interactions in HubSpot.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively showcasing value propositions.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling POS systems, alcohol, or related products to the hospitality industry.
  • At least 1 years of proven B2B sales experience in a BDR role, with the ability to immediately apply skills in lead generation, outreach, and client engagement.
  • Candidates with experience targeting similar audiences or industries, such as hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, or bars.
  • Exceptional cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
  • A goal-driven individual with a "need to win" attitude.
  • Willingness to take ownership of responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Ability to adapt and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
  • A desire to grow within the company, with aspirations to transition into an AE or regional sales role.
