Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- We are looking for a delivery focused individual who can balance a structured, practical, and systemic approach with thoughtful, human centric considerations.
- Create and implement a change approach, outlined by the Global Change & Communications Lead, using the Change methodology, to maximize employee adoption.
- Implement the initiatives outlined in the communications approach, to build awareness, understanding and engagement throughout the program, at an organizational and individual level.
- Communications: Create actionable communications approach, utilizing the IBP Transformation narrative and stakeholder mapping to manage and monitor program stakeholders
- Develop holistic local engagement and communications plan with relevant stakeholders
- Provide updates and feeds into global engagement plan as required
- Own and maintain local engagement plan with market leads and local team
- Scoping and advising on appropriate communications channels locally
- Customize global communications (e.g. monthly communications pack)
- In parallel with the global IBP Transformation communications team, develop communication material/ content as required
- Engagement coaching/ counselling of teams on the ground, with global support
- Feed into formal and informal employee listening points; share feedback on the ground (e.g. hot topics, perceptions etc) to help drive action
- Facilitate and support key local market briefing events or initiatives
- Produce written communication materials (various mechanisms as required)
- Change Management: Conduct high level change impact assessment
- Conduct/refine detailed change impact assessments
- Create actionable change management approach, utilizing the Change Methodology and toolkit
- Define local change action plans and drive changes through to execution (with support from global change as required)
- Define/ input into initial personas and journey maps as needed
- Define/ refine change network requirements
- Mobilize and manage change network in North America
- Identify, initiate and deliver key change interventions as required to help embed and ensure change can be sustained
- Work closely with training/ capability lead/s to align change interventions
- Embed/ execute change readiness assessments (closely linked with employee listening)
- Align training with capability leads to ensure a smooth learning transition and sustained adoption.
- Facilitate connection with parallel key initiatives in the US, ensuring a coordinated approach to contribute to a positive user experience (Examples: Trade Investment Management (TIM), Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A)
- Compile communications/ change lessons learned and observations for each key phase to provide learning into future phases
- The successful candidate will need to quickly establish him/herself to partner effectively with the business, navigating ambiguity, whilst able to help in inspiring confidence in the new ways of working.
- Partner closely with:
- Key local stakeholders, local teams/representatives
- IBP Transformation program global change and comms leads
- Programme team representatives where required/ defined
- Parallel initiative change/ comms leads e.g. TIM/ FPA etc as referenced above
- Local market CGA leads if required
- Ideally 7-9 years experience playing a key role in complex change initiatives or large-scale implementations, with a combined focus on communication
- Experience collaborating and interacting with leaders at multiple levels
- Delivery minded individual - experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication skills (plan, create, deliver)
- Employee focused (high degree of emotional intelligence, empathy, strong listening, understanding and situational awareness)
- Team player and able to work collaboratively - 'can do' solution focused mindset
- Comfortable working within matrix reporting lines
- Has significant communication and change experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of business
- Certification in Change Management
- Experience with/ exposure to variety of change and communication methodologies/ mechanisms
- Experience of human centered approach to managing and embedding change
- Knowledge of the organization and culture (or other similar FMCG organizations) a benefit
- Able to establish informal network of stakeholders and peers (ability to engage/ influence)
- Creative thinker with a performance mindset; able to make decisions and provide guidance
