Description:
As a Chemist II or III with experience in the pharmaceutical industry you have the opportunity to join a renowned global pharmaceutical company and be responsible for executing high-throughput capillary electrophoresis, chromatography and spectroscopic methods to support the cell line, cell culture, and purification development of biologic molecules
Supporting method development and/or qualification.
Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
BS with 5 yrs of industry experience or Masters with 3 years
3-4 years of industry or academia experience
Experience with analytical instruments including HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis or mass spectrometry
Experience with electronic notebook (ELN), lab information management system (LIMS), robotic liquid hander or data automation is a plus
Drug development and assay development
R&D or manufacturing experience will be considered
Experience with large Molecules of monoclonal antibodies

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
