- Handle a variety of civil litigation matters (commercial/business focus)
- Manage caseload from inception to resolution with minimal supervision
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Engage in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, staff, and clients
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Arizona State Bar License
- 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage workload
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Additional bar admissions a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
