Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of civil, employment, and commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Represent clients in Federal and State Court, EEOC, and other government agencies.
- Handle Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other state counterpart litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and legal briefs.
- Take depositions, participate in mediations, and attend court appearances.
- Provide expert legal advice on employment laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a civil trial attorney.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Strong experience in Federal and State Court litigation.
- Proven track record in legal research, drafting pleadings, and courtroom advocacy.
- Existing book of business is preferred but not required.
- Must be a self-starter capable of managing a full caseload independently.
