Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join their Fresno office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury, civil litigation, wildfire, etc. This role requires expertise in legal research, drafting, and case management, litigation experience along with the ability to navigate complex legal regulations effectively.

- Represent clients in court proceedings and legal negotiations.
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools like Westlaw to support case preparation.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies.
- Handle cases involving personal injury law, civil litigation, wildfire litigation and Sexual abuse/harassment cases
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 4 years of experience as an attorney.
- Active state bar admission is required.
- Previous experience in a law office setting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
