Roles & Responsibilities :
Issue certificates of insurance and ID cards.
Process all flood policies, endorsements, and policy transmittals.
Handle invoicing and ensure timely policy renewals.
Communicate daily with underwriters and insured clients via email.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in AMS and Excel.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
Proficiency in AMS and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
