Our Client is seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) to join one of the top law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex commercial litigation and other high-stakes matters.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex commercial litigation , insurance issues , corporate governance and collection matters , and civil rights cases .
Manage all aspects of litigation , including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, and court appearances.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and execute effective legal strategies.
Provide counsel on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
4-6 years of litigation experience.
Strong background in complex commercial litigation, corporate governance, and insurance matters .
Admission to practice in Delaware is required ; additional admission in Pennsylvania is strongly preferred .
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills .
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation practice .
