Responsibilities :
We're looking for an experienced individual to help create design, presentation, and construction documents for modular homes. This full-time role includes office tasks and occasional fieldwork.
Prepare design drawings and 3D models.
Develop construction documents and presentation materials.
Coordinate with the design director and fabrication team.
Assist with constructing, assembling, and setting up trade show units.
Perform general office tasks (e.g., answering phones, running errands).
Occasional travel required.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, Layout, Twinmotion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Word.
