Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- To oversee two solar projects: Waterton Solar and Rocky Solar.
- Will provide on-site oversight of critical functions within the projects and ensure compliance with environmental and local regulations.
- Daily meetings, plan of the day, tasks, etc.
- Go and observe work to ensure that it is safe (rules/regulations) being followed.
- Tackle any delays on recovery, track progress. NCR's and onsite/oversight
- Present, write reports.
- Track milestones
- Work closely with project lead, onsite safety, different inspectors, admins, etc.
- Start/end time are flexible - Between 6 AM/4 PM
- Engineering certificate.
- Trade school or engineering degree is preferred.
- Prior experience running a solar project.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficient with writing reports, presenting.
- 10-15 years of experience in Cross functional skills across the following disciplines: civil, mechanical, and electrical.
- Ability to make decisions, solve conflicts and act as not only a team player, but a motivator.
- Previous solar experience.
- Held some type of engineering or trade school degree.
- Strong communication skills along with problem solving.
- Must be safety minded.
- 8 - 15 years of experience in a multi discipline field engineer background.
