  • Supporting a group of contractors responsible for executing the wind repower projects.
  • Oversee the contractors, ensuring that all work is performed correctly and efficiently, without any self-performed tasks.
  • Close coordination with the key players to maintain project quality and safety.
  • Support external customers, specifically the contractors and tower climbers from other companies who are part of the team on-site.
  • Overseeing these external teams, ensuring that all work is performed correctly and efficiently. This includes coordinating with the tower climbers and other contractors to maintain project quality and safety.
  • While the focus is on external support, there will also be some level of internal coordination with project managers, field inspectors, and safety officers to ensure that the project's objectives are met.
