Managing and optimizing the life cycle of physical assets to ensure they serve the intended purpose efficiently and effectively. This includes the development of the strategy and business process around it.
Builds and maintains effective relationships with key internal and / or external decision makers.
Review and update specification data in asset management system, Maximo
Develop and implement asset management standards across all operations
Lead and implement improvement ideas based on recurring issues
Work closely with many site-based stakeholders
Assess the life cycle of assets and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements
Provide technical support and advice on asset management
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Coordinate with other departments to optimize asset utilization
Develop reports on asset records, including information on their condition, location, and cost
Develop cost-effective asset management solutions to minimize expenses
Train on asset management procedures and best practices
Qualifications :
Experienced engineer with asset management background
Engineering background and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
