Manage a team of engineers and oversee their work on various projects
Develop and implement engineering strategies and goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on engineering designs
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve engineering issues
Utilize SolidWorks and other software tools for mechanical design and system modeling
Create and review schematics, drawings, and specifications
Oversee the fabrication and assembly of prototypes and final products
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering technology
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in mechanical design, project management, and system design
Proficiency in using SolidWorks, MATLAB, Python, or similar software tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
