- A full-service real estate boutique firm specializing in creditors' rights, REO transactions, and commercial litigation is seeking a foreclosure attorney experienced in the NJ and/or NY foreclosure process and default litigation.
- The firm merges the extensive experience typical of larger firms with the personalized attention of a boutique practice.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in foreclosure litigation representing creditors
- NJ and/or NY Bar admission required
- Must be able to travel to Roseland, NJ for at least 2-3 days per week
