Description
- The Head Structural Engineer will be responsible for both design and management of projects.
- Coordination with the clients and staff are key to this position.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the clients in developing engineering concepts and schemes, managing staff and reviewing completed projects.
- The candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in the general direction of the firm, including marketing, long term office planning / visioning, growth, and employee evaluations.
- The position is intended to lead to partial or full ownership over time.
