Description:
Supporting the effort to improvement work management through Process Optimization; specialized knowledge in analyzing and improving workflows, ensure tasks are completed more efficiently and effectively.
Focus on Improved Process Flow, Work Balancing, Cost Savings, and Data-Driven Decisions
Supports and advances Operational Excellence throughout the Organization, utilizing intensive and diversified knowledge of industrial engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments, and leads initiatives to refine processes while reducing waste to yield efficiencies that deliver tangible benefits.
Uses advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices to resolve issues related to safety, compliance, quality, delivery and/or morale.
Observes the work, conducts time and motion studies, stratifies losses and performs root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
The IE helps implement new and enhanced processes, technologies, policies, and standard work to deliver quality safely, in compliance and within cost and timeliness expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in ISE or business related field.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
