We are seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Paralegal to assist our legal team with patent filings, portfolio management, and legal compliance. In this role, you will support attorneys with patent filings, portfolio management, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate has experience in IP law, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Assist attorneys with preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications
- Maintain and manage patent portfolios, docketing systems, and legal records
- Ensure compliance with USPTO regulations and legal procedures
- Conduct legal research and provide case management support
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and external agencies.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Paralegal Studies preferred- equivalent experience considered
- Prior IP law and USPTO filing experience is highly desired
- Proficiency in legal databases, docketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Work Schedule: hybrid option available after 90 days
