Duties
- Independently handling all aspects of Secured Financing enforcement proceedings
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions and injunction papers
- Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages
- Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appeals
- Handling State and Federal Court appearances and mediations
- 3-5 years of solid experience in Commercial Litigation for a Real Estate Litigation practice with a focus on secured creditor enforcement.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities, along with effective communication skills for client interactions, are essential.
- Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York, with New Jersey admission preferred.
