Description :
Will be in the Chem sample room, logging in samples, shipping samples to other labs, maintaining glassware, filing, etc.
Perform routine analytical testing to support quality control testing of pharmaceutical products. Some data interpretation required.
Coordinate testing of samples and input data into computer application
Shift will either be - 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2-10 or 2nd shift Sun-Thu 2-10
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree and 0-3 years experience with HPLC
Associates degree and / or some admin experience.
Experience with pharma / biotech quality control testing is preferred
Basic HPLC instrumentation in a laboratory setting
Data acquisition software (Chromeleon, Chem station, Empower)
GMP Laboratory Setting experience
Wet Chemistry techniques
HPLC / GC testing and / or data
Fast paced environment, team-player who can also work independently
Should possess computer skills as well as good communication skills.
Should have good laboratory skills
Experience in operating analytical equipment preferred (analytical balance, total carbon analyzer, spectrophotometer, pH meter).
Problem solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Well organized
0-3 years experience

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
