Manage and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept through construction
Lead client meetings, coordinate consultants, and oversee design production
Develop designs using hand sketching, AutoCAD/Land F/X, Photoshop, and other tools
Support business development through proposals, client follow-ups, and presentations
Track project deadlines, budgets, and team performance metrics
Collaborate with senior staff to ensure alignment with firm vision and standards
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in landscape architecture (preferred)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Suite, hand sketching, and rendering tools
Strong project management, communication, and team leadership skills
Understanding of construction detailing and project coordination
Positive, accountable, and coachable mindset
Business development interest or experience a strong plus
Licensure preferred or in-progress
