Responsibilities :
Conduct phone and email interviews with prospective clients.
Assess the viability of prospective clients' claims to ensure they align with the firm's areas of expertise.
Reach out to clients who have expressed interest in our legal services (no cold calling).
Facilitate the onboarding of new clients by completing necessary paperwork and organizing initial case files.
Input client information into our computer systems accurately.
Follow up with clients regarding updates on their medical condition during the claim process.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in client intake is preferred, but similar experience will also be considered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solve efficiently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
