Responsibilities :
If you are an LLPC, this role offers a clear 2-3 year pathway to LPC licensure, financial support for certifications (EMDR, CSAT, addiction therapy), and supervision from experienced clinicians.
If you already have an LPC license, this role helps you create your niche and behavioral addictions.
Finally, it enables you to call a place your permanent base where they will take care of it all, from marketing you to helping you reach your growth potential.
Provide therapy (cont. to work on your LLPC license as per LARA requirements.)
Work with clients while building experience.
Participate in specialized training (EMDR, CSAT, Gottman, CCPS).
Complete LARA licensure requirements, including coursework, supervision, and the NCC / NBCC exam.
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, according to company policy.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Addiction Clinical or related field.
Eligible for LLPC licensure in Michigan.
Passionate about addiction and specialization training.
Candidates must have a master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and have obtained licensure in their designated field.
Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LMSW)
Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Practical written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
