Our client is looking for a Litigation Attorney with at least three years of experience to join their growing team.

- Assist with finding, evaluating, and initiating new cases
- Develop strategies for advancing and resolving cases
- Formulating and drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, briefs, etc.
- Professionally and promptly communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of complex excel files e.g. damage models, time audits, etc.
- Assist with the negotiation of settlements and motions for approval thereof
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of FLSA and/or other profitable niche areas
- Complying with firm protocols regarding billing of time and organization of matters
- A solid work ethic and proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Strong writing and research skills, with the ability to draft high-quality pleadings and briefs.
- Experience with the client intake/retention process, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, all while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive approach to pushing cases forward and meeting deadlines.
- Bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
- Ability to work full-time from our offices in either Wayne, PA
- 3 years of experience with plaintiff-side litigation, with a preference for experience with:
- The FLSA and analogous state wage-and-hour laws;
- Class / collective actions; and/or
- Federal court practice.
