A boutique litigation firm in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a full-time litigation paralegal to join our team. Our firm focuses on employment law and disability discrimination, with the majority of our cases in federal court. We handle a high volume of litigation and need a motivated paralegal who can hit the ground running and assist attorneys with all aspects of case management.

- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery in federal court
- Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
- Manage case files, including document organization and trial preparation
- Coordinate and track litigation deadlines, ensuring compliance with court rules
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including drafting exhibit lists and witness outlines
- Summarize depositions, employment records, and other case-related documents
- E-file documents in federal and state courts
- Prior litigation experience required, preferably in employment or disability discrimination law
- Strong knowledge of federal court rules and procedures
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
- Academic credentials may substitute for some experience
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
