- Organize and maintain case files to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare trial exhibits and assist attorneys in hearings and legal proceedings
- Communicate professionally with clients and legal teams via phone and email
- Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and legal documentation
- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal setting
- Strong knowledge of commercial litigation, construction law, contracts, and shareholder disputes (preferred)
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Relativity
- Experience handling document and contract review
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with legal case management tools such as iManage
