Responsibilities
- Serve as first-chair attorney in trials, hearings, and arbitration, developing and executing effective litigation strategies.
- Provide legal counsel on employment law matters, conduct research, and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Manage and grow a book of business while fostering strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive firm growth and contribute to high-level case strategy.
- Minimum of 5 years of first-chair litigation and trial experience in employment law.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a book of business.
- Strong analytical, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strategic, results-driven approach with the ability to handle complex legal matters.
