- Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
- Strong Communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Keen analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the mechanical contracting industry
- Quickpen estimating software a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
