Key Responsibilities :
Investigate project needs and develop a scope of work.
Budget and create proposals for the projects.
Manage schedules and ensure timely project delivery.
Order and follow up on equipment and materials.
Lead and manage the on-site construction team.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site.
Conduct quality assurance to meet company standards.
Keep accurate records of daily field reports, RFIs, and timecards.
Coordinate with authorities for necessary permits, inspections and approvals.
Requirements :
Experience : At least 3 years in a related role (Assistant PM, Project Manager, or equivalent).
Open to applicants without a high school diploma / GED or college diploma.
Proficiency in Google Email, MS Office, Google Calendar; ability to learn new software such as Buildertrend
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; able to operate a forklift and manlifts.
Knowledge : Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Travel : Willingness to travel up to 15% (preferred).
Schedule : 7 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday (with flexibility to define specific days).
