Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- The focus will be in the Product Complaints area Candidate will be performing assessment of efficacy reports.
- The position will be detail oriented, and require review of attachments, labelling and detailed complaint report
- Responsibilities may include project support, mailbox monitoring and cross-functional support within PMQA.
- This role requires sitting at a computer for long periods of time, candidate must be comfortable in that type of environment
- M-F 8-4:30/5
- A Bachelor Degree required.
- Preferred degree in technology or scientific background (MLT, LPN, RN).
- Degree in science, nursing, or equivalent.
- 0-3 years' work experience in a cGMP related industry or in a clinical setting is preferred
- Microsoft Excel skills - sorting, filtering required
- Adaptive to change
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter/independent worker
- Taking initiative to improve/create efficiency
- 1 year quality and/or complaint handling experience.
- Prefer 3-5 years quality and/or complaint handling experience.
- Able to make decisions independently.
