Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Perform Environmental Monitoring in GMP Classified areas including viable air, non-viable air, surface sampling, and settling plate analysis.
- Prepare Environmental Monitoring samples for analysis
- Participate in laboratory investigations associated with Environmental Monitoring
- Enter data in appropriate GMP systems (LIMS/LES, Veeva, SAP/ERP)
- Complete necessary SOP and Hands-On training associated with Environmental Monitoring
- Must be experienced in Environmental monitoring in GMP area (minimum of 3-5 years' experience)
- Minimum of a BS in biology/microbiology or related science field
- Experience with endotoxin and bioburden testing
- Experienced in performing environmental monitoring in GMP area.
- Shift: M-F with evening and weekend shifts as needed (Potential scheduling flexibility)
