As a Senior Architectural Interior Designer, you will be involved in all stages of our projects, offering vital support to our clients.
Handling general design responsibilities like creating boards, drawings, FFE's, etc.
Some general office operations, including phones, filing, and running errands as needed
Managing client budgets and all ordering (specifications, purchase orders, shipping, etc.)
Serving as primary liaison with vendors & sub-contractors
Managing and having thorough knowledge of all items within client files like specifications, meeting notes, etc.
Requirements :
Degree in Architecture (Required)
7 years of experience in architectural design (Required)
Extremely strong AutoCAD skills (Non-negotiable; an in-depth AutoCAD assessment is required prior to an offer)
Strong Excel skills
Design build experience
Highly skilled in AutoCAD and Google Drive, with the ability to create boards, drawings, and FF&E schedules.
Comfortable serving as a liaison between vendors and subcontractors.
A genuine passion for design and a strong enthusiasm for the creative process are key to thriving in this role.
