- Handle a wide range of litigation matters with a focus on: Auto defense claims, 1st and 3rd party No-Fault litigation, Premises liability, Contract disputes and other civil claims
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents
- Manage case strategy from inception through resolution or trial
- Participate in discovery, depositions, motion hearings, and settlement negotiations
- Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in [State]
- 10 years of litigation experience required
- Prior experience in No-Fault, bodily injury, or insurance defense strongly preferred
- Strong writing and research skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
