- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Administrator located in Tampa, FL.
- The Senior Project Administrator will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
- The Project Administrator supports the Project Executive, Project Manager, and Superintendent with the daily clerical, administrative, organizational, communication (written and/or verbal) and accounting needs involved with estimating, purchasing, billing and construction of a building.
- Expected to be self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and meet required deadlines, the Project Administrator shall promptly and accurately complete tasks as required by the duties and responsibilities of the position and as requested through ancillary assignments given to them.
