Job Description :
Will be part of a diverse team of other technicians and scientists focused on preparation of various solutions, buffers, and media to support the entire Pharmaceutical Sciences organization at the Chesterfield, MO site.
The technician will be responsible for completing manufacturing of various solutions and media per written formulation instructions, adhering to strict accuracy guidelines.
Daily preparation of solutions and media for the Chesterfield site.
Manufacture according to the provided formulation instructions.
Follow all formulation instructions accurately and enter all required information.
Document the preparation in an electronic notebook.
Keep all equipment in good working order and complete a daily clean-up of solutions prep area.
Help to increase efficiency of the solutions prep group by providing suggestions for better operation of the space
Qualifications :
Associate's degree in science.
Willing to higher level education up to BS / BA.
General laboratory skills (cGMP)
Basic Computer Skills (MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)) Comfortable using computer, electronic systems

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
