Responsibilities :
Provide detailed drawings of structural components and their connections of steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and other structural materials
Draft plans and detailed drawings for structural masonry, concrete, and steel structures for residential / commercial construction projects
Will utilize various REVIT and AutoCAD techniques to produce drawings in 2-D while working in a 3-D BIM design model environment for project requirements
Assist project team with revising drawings to reflect as-built conditions
Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to ensure that they conform to design concepts
Ensuring the quality of drawing deliverables comply with company policies, practices and relevant standards
Will apply manual and computerized drafting methods with a working knowledge of the terms and procedures
Prepare structural floor plans, elevations, details and sections to represent the structural design construction layout
Qualifications
Industry experience on Structural residential / commercial projects
High standard of competency in Revit and AutoCAD software
5 years' consistent Revit delivery of structural projects
A good team focus and the ability to positively influence team members
